This is Soviet comedy about greed and love. Russia is so big and unefficient, that there was big difference between
north- and south part. Therefore people in south had citruses and other fruits which was true rarity in north part of
country. In this movie this difference has been ridiculed. Also in Soviet system, however, getting rich were real
taboo, almost criminal, and government did everything to keep people in same low income level. Therefore Government
Lottery system was paradoxal and pretty much the only way get ahead. So, this move has been made to critizise the
system, but secretly, behind jokes and romance. There is hero who buys a winning ticket, loses it and has been chased
by thieves who know about winnings. Furthermore, hero finds a love and dosen't care about winnings at all! How it all
comes to end, it's for you to find out! Quite hilarious film!
