I included a NoDVD fix and all the instructions on how to get it going.
This is for single player only....
Install & Crack instructions:
Burn or mount the ISO image
Install game using this serial number - MPC8-MD8P-78P1-75DU-890F
Copy the file called "CoDWaW.exe" in the crack folder over the original file in the game folder
(Default location is C:\Program Files\Activision\Call of Duty - World at War)
Overwrite the original with the cracked version
In order for you to be able to play a mission follow the steps below.
Navigate to the folder :
XP users:
C:\Documents and Settings\USER_NAME\Local Settings\Application Data\Activision\CoDWaW\players\profiles\
Vista users : C:\Users\USER_NAME\AppData\Local\Activision\CoDWaW\players\profiles\
Delete all the folders in there.
Create a new folder with the name of the Profile ex: Shockwave (folder remains empty) (Use any name you want for your profile)
Create text file: active.txt (must NOT be read only)
Open active.txt and type in your profile folder name (Shockwave)
Sample Below:
C:\Documents and Settings\David\Local Settings\Application Data\Activision\CoDWaW\players\profiles
The active.txt file is place in this folder above
Make a folder with your profile name IE: Shockwave - Edit the active.txt file and put Shockwave in it.
C:\Documents and Settings\David\Local Settings\Application Data\Activision\CoDWaW\players\profiles\Shockwave

You also might have to disable your Modem Audio under Device manager if the game won't run. See photo below for sample:
