7. Start the game
7. Press the home button and create a new xlive offline account
8. Play!

1. Run the original LaunchGTAIV.exe to pass the release date check, be connected to internet
2. Now LaunchGTAIV.exe changes to smaller size
3. make urself offline OR dissaalow internet access to LaunchGTAIV.exe, GTAIV.exe and RGSC.exe (rockastar games social club app)
4. copy the cracked paul.dll into game root folder
5. run LaunchGTAIV.exe again
7. start social club in offline mode
8. the game launches

oh yeah heres how ya do it
1)Copy All The Files In The "Copy To GTA IV Main Folder" into your GTA IV Installation Main Folder and OVERWRITE.
2)Copy All The Files In The "Copy To OfflineActivation Folder" into OfflineActivation Folder in yout GTA IV Installation Folder and OVERWRITE.
3) Run LaunchGTAIV.exe
4) Enjoy!
1) Copy the paul.dll, gtaiv.exe and Launchgtaiv.exe in your mainfolder
2) Copy the paul.dll also in your "Offlineactivation"-Folder
3) Open gtaiv.exe and accept the rockstar Terms of Use.
4) Play the game
NOTE: To solve the problem with the camera bug, turn down the resulution then restart the computer,
and then it works, at least for 6 six friends of mine and me!
