For those who didnt understand cracking i will try to explain

1.run launchgta4.exe let it check online activation cancel it
2.get a games for windows live id , its free and easy to register
3.cut your internet connection replace crack content over original ones
4.start launchgta4.exe stay offline at the procedure ,skip login for rockstar social thingy
5.skip intro after game begins or camera will shake and controls will be broken
6.you can go online once you activate it thats all

MORE DETAILED:

1.open your gta4 folder and find launchgta4.exe and run it
it will check the online activation just fill letters and numbers at fields
2.it will fail , close it
3.get a games for windows live id from microsoft (google it i forgot the site)
this is required to save your games its free and very easy to register and you can use most of the games on windows its like msn
4.cut your internet connection , copy crack files over gta4 folder
5.run launchgta4.exe ,skip registiration for rockstar social club
6.game should begin after that , and skip the first video after game starts
else the camera goes crazy and controls will be broken thus unable to play
thats all

Activate method:
Get the activate window
enter some random characters
click activate, while its activating, click stop
it will give you a failure, thats good. now click manual activation
enter again a few random characters and click activate
done
if this fails, copy over the crack first and try it again.
