I bought the d2d version. If you have the trial just use the CSA Main file below and overwrite the trial's CSA Main. It will give you all of the parts.
I know there are some annoyingly paranoid people out there so I took some screenshots to prove it's legit.

CSA Main
This contains all of the parts from the full version. What you need to do is overwrite the trial's CSA_Main package with this one and merely start the game. It will give you all of the parts. Enjoy!
