I bought the d2d version. If you have the trial just use the CSA Main file below and overwrite the trial's CSA Main. It will give you all of the parts.
I know there are some annoyingly paranoid people out there so I took some screenshots to prove it's legit.

CSA Main This contains all of the parts from the full version. What you need to do is overwrite the trial's CSA_Main package with this one and merely start the game. It will give you all of the parts. Enjoy!
Use the CSA Main file above to get all of the parts in the trial version. This will let you make anything you want but it would be unwise to upload any creature to the spore website because you'll likely get banned. Be smart and play around with it but don't upload your creature. Enjoy the game!
